Hemingway's Boat

Subtitled "Everything He Loved in Life, and Lost, 1934-1961. Reviewed in WB #225 (Mar/April 2012), by Tom Lunde, it's about PILAR, Hemingway's 38' cabin cruiser built by Wheeler Shipyard, of Brooklyn, NY, which he owned for the last 27 years of his life. PILAR was a stretched version of Wheeler's Playmate design. The book certainly isn't all boat related, but will no doubt hold the interest of anyone looking for a good read.
